I use Integrative Psychotherapy which affirms the inherent value of each individual.

 

It is a unifying psychotherapy that responds appropriately and effectively to the person at the affective, behavioral, cognitive, and physiological levels of functioning. It also addresses the spiritual dimension of life.

 

I have been counselling for over 25 years, in 2006 I was awarded an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Bournemouth University.

 

Counselling/Supervision can be provided at my practice in Bournemouth or under special circumstances such as a person with a panic disorder, I can come to your home.
